Wicket

Wicket

The wicket consists of 7 pickets arranged horizontally and bent into the shape of channel, which fill the wicket. Each of the pickets has decorative holes cut out (3 holes in one picket) in the shape of squares of 80 mm side. Made of 1.5 mm thick metal sheet, the pickets are welded to the wicket frame. The frame is made of four profiles: three 40x40x1.5 mm and one 40x40x2 mm (hinge profile). Thanks to this solution, the stiffness and stability of the structure was achieved at a weight of only 17 kg. The entire wicket is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges.

Technical data of MILANO wicket:

  • The height of the wicket is 1450 mm and the width 900 mm (including hinges 936 mm);
  • The width of a single picket is 105 mm and the distance between rails (7 in the wicket leaf) is 94 mm;
  • The wicket leaf is suspended on hinges mounted to 100x100x2 mm steel columns or brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying;
  • The wicket has plugs for technological holes Ø12;
  • The wicket in the lock profile has holes for the handle, cylinder insert and plates.

The fence is available in a standard galvanized version: PN-EN-ISO 2081:2011 and powder coated according to EN-ISO 12944-5 standard in RAL colours according to JARMEX catalogue.

MILANO system is perfect for fencing private properties.

Span

Span

MILANO span consists of 6 horizontal pickets and bent on the shape of a channel, which are made of 1.5 mm thick sheet. Each of the pickets has decorative holes cut out (3 holes in one picket) in the shape of squares of 80 mm side. The pickets and the vertical 40x20x1.5 mm profile, which is a reinforcement, are welded to a span frame made of 40x20x1.5 mm profiles. Such a solution allows to obtain rigidity and stability of the structure at the weight of only 26.5 kg. The whole set is assembled to steel or concrete columns using dedicated fixtures (decorative span fixture).

Technical data of MILANO span:

  • The width of the span is 2000 mm and the height 1250 mm;
  • The distance between the pickets (6 in one span) is 94 mm and the width of a single picket is 105 mm;
  • The span has plugs for Ø10 and Ø12 technological holes.

Double-leaf gate

Double-leaf gate

The double-leaf gate consists of: left-leaf, right-leaf, horizontal valve and bottom bolt. The single leaf of the double-leaf gate consists of 7 horizontally arranged pickets made of 1.5 mm thick metal sheet, which fill the gate. Each of the pickets has decorative hole cut out (3 holes in one picket) in the shape of squares of 80 mm side. The pickets prepared in this way are welded to a frame consisting of 40x40x2 mm profiles and a leaf reinforcement made of 40x20x2 vertical profile.

In addition, a horizontal profile 40x20x2 mm is welded to the gate leaf (at the height of the third picket counting from below). Thanks to this solution, the stiffness and stability of the structure was achieved with the set weight of 78.5 kg. The entire gate is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges. It is possible to automate the gate hinged on both steel and concrete columns.

Technical data of standard double-leaf MILANO gate:

  • The gate height is 1450 mm, width is 3980 mm (including hinges);
  • The width of one leaf is 1986 mm including the hinges;
  • The gate leaves are hinged on steel columns 100x100x2 mm or brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying.
  • The right door leaf is welded with the gate's stop (flat bar 80x60x3), bottom bolt sleeves and horizontal valve sleeve and valve profile 40x20x2 mm;
  • Horizontal valve sleeves and padlock eye are welded to the left gate leaf;
  • Double-leaf gate has plugs for Ø10 and Ø12 technological holes;

Self-supporting gate

Self-supporting gate

The elements of the self-supporting gate are subjected to two processes of galvanizing. The pickets that fill the gate are galvanized and the gate frame is hot-dip galvanized. Then, after joining the above elements together, the whole is powder coated. The self-supporting (sliding) gate consists of 18 horizontally positioned pickets made of 1.5 mm thick metal sheet, which are bent into a channel section. Each of the pickets has decorative holes cut out (3 holes in one picket) in the shape of squares of 80 mm side. The pickets come in different lengths: 1880 mm (12 pcs.), 700(6 pcs.) and are fastened with rivets to a frame made of 60x40x2 mm profiles. Vertical profiles 40x20x2 mm, which are the gate's reinforcement, and flat bars 80x25x4 mm, to which the rails are riveted, are welded to the frame. In addition, a rail beam made of 70x70x4 mm gate channel is welded to the frame. The use of 2 mm thick frame profiles assures the rigidity and stability of the structure. The gate leaf is assembled using dedicated columns (starting, ending and A-type). It is possible to automate the gate by adding a drive and a toothed bar.

Technical data of a standard self-supporting MILANO gate:

  • The total height of the gate leaf is 1400 mm, the width is 6000 mm and the entry light is 4000 mm;
  • The self-supporting manual sliding gate set includes a hook lock, cylinder insert and handle;
  • The starting and ending column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x80x2 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories (e.g. top fixture, overrun basket);
  • The "A-type" column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x40x3 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories - guide rollers (and drive in the case of an automatic gate);
  • The base welded inside the "A-type" column is a fastening element for the gate drive (in case of an automatic gate);
  • The height of the columns is 1500 mm for the starting column, 1500 mm for the A-type, 500 mm for the ending column;
  • - The self-supporting gate has plugs for Ø20 process openings and plugs for 60x40 gate bottom profile.;
