RIMINI system- it is a fencing system made of closed profiles, a design that will fit perfectly into any architecture. The fencing set consists of a span, wicket, gate, columns 70 x 70x 2 for spans and 100 x 100 x 2 for gates and wickets and mounting accessories. Galvanised and powder coated elements.

RIMINI wicket is a fencing system which includes: columns, spans, wicket, double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns). RIMINI wicket is hot-dip galvanized and powder coated.

The wicket consists of a welded frame made of 40x40 profiles (1.5 mm and 2 mm thick), horizontal vertical profiles 40x20x1.5 mm and filling in the form of transverse profiles 50x10x1mm. This solution assures the rigidity and stability of the structure at 20 kg. The entire wicket is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges.

Technical data of RIMINI wicket:

  • The height of the wicket is 1400 mm and the width 900 mm (including hinges 938 mm);
  • The distance between the pickets is 65 mm.
  • The wicket leaf is hinged to 100x100x2 mm steel columns or to brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying;
  • The wicket has plugs for Ø10 and Ø12 technological holes and plugs for 50x10 mm filling profiles;
  • The wicket in the lock profile has holes for the lock, cylinder insert and plates.

The fence is available in a standard hot dip galvanized version: EN-ISO 1461 DIN 50976 TZnO and powder-coated according to EN-ISO 12944-5 in RAL colour: 7016 MAT.

Span

Span

RIMINI is a fencing system which includes: columns, span, wicket, double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns). RIMINI span is hot-dip galvanized (span frame) and powder coated.

RIMINI span consists of steel profiles 40x20x1.5 mm, horizontal profiles 30x15x1.5 mm which are the span's assembly points and transverse profiles 50x10x1 mm. Such a solution allows to obtain rigidity and stability of the structure at the weight of 24 kg. The whole set is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated fixtures.

Technical data of RIMINI span:

  • The width of the span is 2000 mm and the height 1200 mm;
  • The distance between the horizontal profiles (50x10x1 mm) is 65 mm;
  • The span has 50x10 mm and 40x20 mm plugs.

The fence is available in a standard hot dip galvanized version: EN-ISO 1461 DIN 50976 TZnO and powder-coated according to EN-ISO 12944-5 in RAL colour: 7016 MAT.

Double leaf gate

RIMINI is a fencing system which includes: columns, span, wicket, double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns). RIMINI double-leaf gate is hot-dip galvanized and powder coated.

The double-leaf gate includes: left-leaf, right-leaf, posts, actuator handles.

A single double-leaf gate leaf consists of a welded frame made of 40x30x1.5 mm profiles, 40x20x1.5 mm vertical profiles and 50x10x1 mm transverse filling profiles. Thanks to this solution, the rigidity and stability of the structure was achieved at a set weight of 71 kg. The whole gate is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges. It is possible to automate the gate hanging on both steel and concrete columns.

Technical data of the standard double-leaf RIMINI gate:

  • The gate height is 1400 mm, width is 3910 or 3985 mm (including hinges);
  • The width of one leaf is 1988 mm with hinges;
  • The door leaves are suspended on hinges mounted to 100x100x2 mm steel columns or to brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying.
  • Stop of the gate (flat bars 80x60x3), sleeves of the bottom bolt and the sleeve of the horizontal valve are welded to the right gate leaf;
  • The horizontal valve sleeves and padlock eye are welded to the left gate leaf;
  • The double-leaf gate has plugs for Ø10 and Ø12 technological holes and plugs for 50x10 mm filling profiles.

Self-supporting gate

Self-supporting gate

RIMINI is a fencing system which includes: columns, span, wicket, double-leaf gate (with mounting accessories) and self-supporting gate (with mounting columns). The self-supporting gate of the RIMINI system is hot-dip galvanized and powder coated.

The self-supporting gate (sliding) consists of 30 horizontally arranged profiles 50x10x1 mm and 40x20x1.5 mm vertical profiles welded to the frame. The frame is made of 60x40x2 mm profiles and a rail beam made of 70x70x4 mm channel. The use of 2 mm thick frame profiles assures rigidity and stability of the structure. The gate leaf is assembled using dedicated columns (starting, ending and A-type column). It is possible to automate the gate by adding a drive and a nylon toothed bar.

Technical data of a standard self-supporting RIMINI gate:

  • The total height of the gate leaf is 1350 mm, the width is 6000 mm and the entry light is 4000 mm;
  • The self-supporting manual sliding gate set includes a hook lock, cylinder insert and handle;
  • The starting and ending column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x80x2 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories (e.g. top fixture, overrun basket);
  • The "A-type" column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x40x3 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories - guide rollers (and drive in case of an automatic gate);
  • The base welded inside the "A-type" column is the fastening element of the gate drive (in case of an automatic gate);
  • The height of the columns is 1450 mm for the starting column, 1450 mm for the A-type column, 500 mm for the ending column;
  • The self-supporting gate has plugs for technological holes Ø10, Ø20, 50x10 mm fill profile plugs and 60x40 mm lower gate profile plugs;
