TORINO wicket

TORINO wicket

The wicket is made of steel, vertically arranged closed profiles 18x18x1,2 mm (6 pcs.), on which decorative grottos are fastened. These profiles are welded to 30x15x2 mm horizontal profiles and to a frame consisting of a 40x40x2 mm profile (profile with hinges) and two 40x40x1.5 mm profiles (profile of the lock box and the bottom profile). Thanks to this solution the stiffness and stability of the structure is achieved at a weight of only 15.5 kg. The entire wicket is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges.

Technical data of TORINO wicket:

  • The height of the wicket is 1450 mm and the width 900 mm (including hinges it is 936 mm);
  • The distance between the vertical profiles is 102 mm;
  • The wicket leaf is hinged on steel columns 100x100x2 mm or brick columns made individually by the customer. In the case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar to brick in;
  • The wicket has plugs for technological holes Ø10 and Ø12 and plugs for vertical frame profiles 40x40;
  • The ends of vertical profiles (18x18x1.2 mm) of the wicket are studded with decorative grottos;
  • The wicket in the lock profile has holes for the handle, cylinder insert and plates.

The fence is available in a standard hot dip galvanized version: EN-ISO 1461 DIN 50976 TZnO and powder-coated according to EN-ISO 12944-5 in RAL colours according to JARMEX catalogue

TORINO span

TORINO span

The TORINO span is made of steel, vertically arranged closed profiles 18x18x1.2 mm welded to 30x15x1.5 mm crosswise profiles. Crosswise profiles are joined by means of flat bars 185x20x6 mm welded to them. Such a solution allows to obtain appropriate rigidity and stability of the structure at the weight of 20 kg. The whole set is assembled to steel columns (with a self-drilling screw) or concrete columns by means of expansion bolts.

Technicla data of TORINO span:

  • The width of the span is 2000 mm and the height 1250 mm,
  • The distance between the vertical profiles (16 in one span) is 102 mm;
  • Decorative grottos are nailed to the ends of the vertical profiles (18x18x1.2 mm) of the span.

DOUBLE-LEAF TORINO GATE

DOUBLE-LEAF TORINO GATE

The double-leaf gate consists of: left-leaf, right-leaf, horizontal valve and bottom bolt. A single double-leaf gate leaf consists of 16 18x18x1.2 mm vertical profiles welded to 30x15x1.5 mm transverse profiles and a frame consisting of three 40x40x2 mm profiles. Thanks to this solution, the rigidity and stability of the structure was achieved at a weight of only 65 kg. The entire gate is mounted to steel or concrete columns using dedicated hinges. It is possible to automate the gate suspended on both steel and concrete columns.

Technicla data of standard double-leaf TORINO gate:

  • The gate is 1450 mm high and 3980 mm wide;
  • The width of one leaf is 1986 mm;
  • The gate leaves are hinged on steel columns 100x100x2 mm or brick columns made individually by the customer. In case of the variant with masonry columns, Jarmex company offers dedicated hinges with a flat bar for bricklaying.
  • The gate stop (flat bar 80x60x3), bottom bolt sleeves and horizontal valve sleeve are welded to the right gate leaf;
  • The horizontal valve sleeves and padlock eye are welded to the left gate leaf;
  • The double-leaf gate has plugs for technological holes Ø10 and Ø12 and plugs for vertical frame profiles 40x40;
  • Decorative grottos are nailed to the ends of the vertical profiles (18x18x1.2 mm) of the gate.

SELF-SUPPORTING GATE

SELF-SUPPORTING GATE

The self-supporting (sliding) gate consists of 60x40x2 mm and 30x15x1.5 mm profiles forming a frame and 38 vertical 18x18x1.2 mm profiles welded to it, on which decorative grottos are nailed. Rail beam made of a channel of 70x70x4 mm is welded to the frame. The rigidity and stability of the structure was achieved thanks to the use of 2 mm thick frame profiles. The door leaf is mounted using dedicated columns (starting, ending and "A-type" columns). It is possible to automate the gate by adding a drive and a nylon toothed bar. Both manual and automatic gates are available in left and right versions as for the direction of opening.

Technical data of self-supporting standard TORINO gate:

  • The total height of the door leaf is 1405 mm, the width is 6000 mm and the entry light is 4000 mm;
  • The self-supporting manual sliding gate set includes a hook lock, cylinder insert and handle;
  • The starting and ending column of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x80x2 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories (e.g. top grip, overrun basket);
  • The "A-type" colums of the self-supporting gate is made of a sheet metal base (6 mm thick) and 80x40x3 mm profiles with appropriately prepared mounting points for accessories - guide rollers (and drive in the case of an automatic gate);
  • The base welded inside the "A-type" column is a fastening element for the gate drive (in case of an automatic gate);
  • The height of the columns is 1400 mm- starting column, 1220 mm- A-type column, 500 mm- ending column;
  • The self-supporting gate is equipped with plugs for technological holes Ø10, Ø20 and plugs for 60x40 gate bottom profile;
  • Decorative grottos are nailed to the ends of vertical profiles (18x18x1.2 mm) of the gate.
